Where's My Car?

If you find yourself asking this question, then unfortunately it definitely isn’t with us. We only offer voluntary and emergency services, so if your vehicle is not where you left it, it’s either been impounded, repossessed, or stolen.

What Information Should I Have Ready When Calling a Tow Service?

We completely understand that if you’re contacting us in the first place, you’re probably not in a good situation. Don’t stress-- we will do our best to keep you calm while walking you through the towing process. In order to coordinate the proper resources, we ask that customers tell us:

- A description of where you are located, as detailed as possible (cross streets and/ or address numbers go a long way in speeding up our arrival times)

- The make and model of your vehicle and a brief description of damage, such as if one area of the vehicle is destroyed. The condition of the vehicle may change the nature of the tow, as the more damaged a car is, the more difficult it can be to transport.

- Whether your vehicle is 2 or 4-wheel drive, and whether it is front or rear-wheel drive. If you don’t know this off the top of your head, don’t worry, our staff can work with you to help determine the correct information.

- Where you’d like the vehicle to be delivered to, either to a certain auto shop, a residence, or a scrap yard.

Is There Anything I Should Do While Waiting for the Tow Truck to Arrive?

After a tow has been scheduled and a truck has been dispatched, there really isn’t much for you to do other than to stay safe and warn other motorists who may be near you. If possible, you should stay inside your vehicle with your seatbelt on, but if not, make sure to stand as far away from traffic as you can. Your hazard lights should be on whether you are inside the vehicle or not.

If other drivers should stop, never accept a ride from a stranger, and don’t accept towing help from those with their own trucks, simply say that help is on the way. Also, make sure you don’t leave any personal documents or valuables inside the vehicle, as it may be a while before you get back into it.

What is the Price?

The cost of towing services will depend on a few factors, such as the distance to and from the accident site, the amount of damage sustained by the vehicle, and the kind of car/ truck being towed. We will discuss price options more in-depth when we have established the parameters for your particular accident.
